How many guests can the suites host?
Each suite hosts up to 4 guests: a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. A cot is available on request for children up to 2 years (€ 25/night). Extra beds on request (€ 35–55/night by age).
Do the suites have parking?
Yes, both include a private free parking spot. In Porto San Paolo it's a reserved area; in Murta Maria, inside the S'Abba Lughente residence.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in either suite.
Is there a swimming pool?
The Murta Maria suite is in a residence with a shared pool open from June to mid-September. Hours: 10:00–13:30 and 15:30–19:30. Swim cap required. The Porto San Paolo suite has no pool but the sea is 950 m away.
How far are the beach and the airport?
Porto San Paolo: beach 950 m, Olbia-Costa Smeralda airport 9 km, Tavolara harbour 1.2 km.
Murta Maria: Porto Istana 2.4 km, Marina Maria 2.1 km, airport 6 km.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Porto San Paolo: check-in 15:00–23:30 · check-out 07:00–11:00.
Murta Maria: check-in 15:00–20:00 · check-out 09:00–11:00.

Do I need a car?
From Porto San Paolo you can walk to shops, restaurants, harbour and beach: a car-free stay is possible (or rent a bike right at the doorstep). From Murta Maria a car is recommended for the beaches. There's also a shuttle bus to the main beaches in the area.
Can I smoke in the suites?
No, the suites are entirely non-smoking. You can smoke on the terrace or veranda.
How do I get to Tavolara Island?
From the harbour of Porto San Paolo (1.2 km from the Porto San Paolo suite, 9 km from Murta Maria) a boat sails every half hour to Spalmatore di Terra on Tavolara Island.
Do you accept cash?
No, payment is by credit card or bank transfer.
Can I check in early?
Whenever cleaning allows, we always try to welcome those arriving from the airport in the morning. Send us your flight number: we'll find a way.
Is there a car or bike rental service?
Yes, we can arrange car rental on request. In Porto San Paolo there's a bike rental right outside the door.
Are the suites family-friendly?
Yes. Children of all ages are welcome and we arrange cots and extra beds on request. The nearby beaches (Porto Istana, Cala Brandinchi) have shallow water and fine sand: ideal for the little ones.
Can I host a party or event?
No, the suites are designed for residential stays in a quiet setting. Not available for stag/hen parties or group events.
